Soledad Kern

Soledad Kern serves as Program Delivery & Database Manager for Customer Training Solutions, where she oversees data and document management while providing training and coaching support to schools.

Since joining Hazelden Betty Ford in 2019, she has helped strengthen program operations through her expertise in data analysis, resource management, and school based implementation.

Soledad brings more than 23 years of experience in training, documentation, and educational program support. Her previous roles include BARR Trainer & Coach and Documentation & Training Specialist at Questar Assessment Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia College.
