Meet Lesley

Lesley Kopsick is a Senior Trainer Consultant specializing in the development of trainings on substance use prevention, intervention, and related topics for K–12 schools and communities. She designs and delivers engaging in‑person and virtual professional learning experiences that help schools, districts, and community partners build healthy, sustainable climates that support student well‑being.

Lesley also provides consultation services that strengthen organizational systems, practices, and long‑term capacity. She holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction and brings extensive experience across both K–12 and higher education settings. Her work reflects a deep commitment to fostering safe, supportive environments where students and educators can thrive. Lesley has a Bachelor's of Science from Barry Univiersity, a Master's of Science from National Louis University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from Barry University.
