Meet Diana

Diana Kelly is the clinical training director at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation where she leads training strategy, instructional design and delivery for large-scale behavioral health and health care organizations. She designs high-impact learning experiences rooted in adult learning theory, participant-centered facilitation and trauma-sensitive practices. Diana oversees scalable virtual and in-person programs, including Training of Trainers models, onboarding systems and workforce development solutions. She aligns training design with business goals, secures high-value contracts and mentors multidisciplinary teams to elevate performance and engagement.

Recognized as a keynote speaker, master trainer, and instructional innovator, Diana is deeply committed to improving access, equity and outcomes across diverse populations.

Her professional experience includes roles as faculty lecturer at Indiana University School of Social Work, clinical director at New Life Recovery Home for Men, crisis response behavioral health provider at Franciscan Health Emergency Department, licensed clinical social worker and CBT for SUD National Trainer at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, Research Program Manager at the VA, and suicide prevention non-commissioned officer and combat medic in the United States Army.
