Meet Christina
Christina Bowsher develops innovative, research-based trainings and products across the education and mental health spectrum. Christina leads collaborations with school districts, partner programs and substance misuse and mental health organizations to provide a consultative approach that strengthens prevention and intervention efforts.
Christina facilitates both adult- and student-facing education, as well as training and consultation services. Her professional experience includes roles as senior prevention specialist and prevention specialist, and she brings specialized expertise in medication‑assisted treatment for opioid use disorder; adolescent prevention and early intervention; strengthening family communication and protective factors; and consulting with communities to create comprehensive prevention plans.
Christina has a Bachelor of Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling with a specialty in Addiction Counseling from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School.
